Basic Coaching Package
Unlike many coaching companies, our most basic program includes a custom designed training schedule. There is nothing selected from a library, nothing cut-and-pasted from a book. All workouts are specifically designed and customized to your physiology and background. These programs are most suitable for novice athletes and the motivated middle of the pack athlete who is interested in taking his or her performance to the next level.

These programs differ from the more advanced options in that they do not include in-depth analysis of training files (i.e. power meter or HR downloads). They also do not include the regular use of our proprietary training design and performance optimization algorithms.

The Basic Package includes:

  • Exercise testing and training level determination
  • Analysis of previous performances
  • Monthly workout schedules, adjusted on a weekly basis as needed
  • Periodized season plan based on your goals
  • Event Specific Advice
  • Specific schedule construction to improve weaknesses
  • Athlete/Coach communication by e-mail on a weekly basis
  • Athlete/Coach communication by phone on a biweekly basis
